How to manage bad mouth odour
Having bad breath is embarrassing and it can negatively affect your confidence. So, how do you manage bad odour and protect your teeth?
– Brush and floss more often than you already do, to clean away the teeth bacteria that causes bad breath.
– Regularly rinse your mouth with mouthwash to leave a refreshing feel and breath.
– Scrape your tongue to remove food residue and chew gum after dinner to stimulate saliva production to prevent plaque.
Quit using tobacco, avoid strongly scented foods and visit the dentist frequently for checkups.
