There’s now a serious debate about oral hygiene, amid recent reports that flossing could be a waste of time. Here are some tips for good oral hygiene:
· Brush your teeth twice every day with fluoride toothpaste to prevent tooth decay.
· Brush your teeth the last thing at night and at least one other time during the day.
